On behalf of Mitch & Ralph, Ralph presented a plan to us to think about. They don't want us to decide today. We should mull it over. They think the chapter should be split because we might get more attendance. Right now it is divided too lineal & it is too far for some to attend the meetings. We might have more people with a smaller group.

Pasco Sarasota
Citrus Manatee

State Rules state that you can live & be a member wherever you want. The tractor is an issue.

Objections were: With two small groups we would double the need for leadership & manpower. The general group decided this needs to be discussed further. It was also voiced that the people who usually attend the meetings now like the camaraderie the way it is.

Ralph & Mitch agreed to stay on as Chairs for one year if we make this change during the year. The proposal will be written up in the footnotes.

Eileen W. asked about the Capital Campaign. Ralph said we are not having a fundraiser. We will have a short program in Jan.
